I miss strawberry-rhubarb pie, it was one of the greatest things in my life. One day there was no more. there was blueberry, cherry and even apple, they weren't the same, none could compare. It was sweet, sometimes tart, but always comforting. It didn't matter what time of day, it was always enjoyable and went great with a cup of coffee. It was often a misunderstood pie, people never gave it a chance, but that was their loss. Strawberry-rhubarb has led a rocky life but it is still around despite all the negative.
